- 04/29/2026 I am delighted to shower high praise on all the wonderful people at USART — who from the very first inquiring email ushered me through the safe and successful shipment of an art collection from New York to Florida. Let me begin by thanking Gabrielle Joles who responded quickly, professionally, and provided such a fair and reasonable estimate to my initial email. I was full of questions about crating, insurance, time lines, and quality standards. All of my questions were answered promptly, respectfully, helpfully. I also appreciated speaking to all the support people when I called and Gabrielle was out of the office… Vicki Boisvert helped by walking me through what would happen during the site visit, what the packing and crating would “look like”, and how we all kept track of the packing, hauling, storing, waiting, transporting and delivery. I called several times and all of my concerns were handled unproblematically. I was also most impressed with the two professional movers — Marcos Garcia and Michael Scott — who called the day before the delivery, and then again when they were on the road, and then again when they were closer and closer, letting me know that they would actually be arriving a little early (despite the busy weekend traffic!). It was a real pleasure to find that everything had been packaged with such artfulness, such intelligence, such ‘eloquence’ – in just three beautifully hand crafted wooden crates stamped with the USART logo. Both Michael and Marcos were masters of care. They were careful opening the crates, explained how the paintings had been stacked, explained that they would photograph each painting, demonstrating over and over again that the sculptures and paintings were in the hands of experts.
I recommend this firm without hesitation for the transport of rare, precious, valuable art.
