This is intended as an overview of the technical nuts and bolts aspects of the international shipping process. Please have the head of your international division provide several paragraphs outlining the process – packing requirements, U.S. customs procedures, overview of forms, transport, customs on the receiving end. Information should be geared to the first time or limited user of international shipping –shipping from the US to abroad.
